We would like to thank you for doing a great job on our meat processing. You processed a pig for us, and I asked that the fat be left on...PERFECT! We then ordered a half of beef from you and the meat was great. What I especially like is the cleanliness of the packaging. We have had a lot of meat processed in the past at many different locker plants. Some of the meat, we couldn't even eat either because of the smell or the blood.
