Crescent Meats Processing

We take great care in our custom processing. Carcasses are federally inspected under strict meat processing guidelines.

Orders need to be picked up as soon as we call you. A $10.00 per week fee will be added to your bill after a week from being notified. If product hadn't been picked up after 30 days of notification, it will become Crescent Meats property.

Note: Crescent Meats vacuum packages products to ensure freshness and longer lasting products. All animals are charged by hanging weights.

CUSTOM SLAUGHTER

Note: When bringing in animals, they must be here on Tuesdays by 2PM. Crescent Meats must have beef cutting instructions by Friday of the week it was dropped off. If we don't have the cutting instructions by Friday we will do a basic cut. Pig cutting instructions must be given by Wednesday of the week it was dropped off. If not, the pig will be cut as basic cut.
