Orders need to be picked up right away. You have a one-week grace period to pick up your meet after you receive notification. A $10 charge will apply for each additional week.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR MEAT
We reserve the right to refuse any game not properly cared for. Properly preparing your meat before you deliver it to us will prevent contamination and change in flavor. Follow these rules for great meat:

Do not cut throat to bleed animal. This is not necessary.

Remove viscera (internal organs) as soon as possible.

Do not cut hide beyond pelvic bone. This only exposes the meat at the hinds. Meat will remain clean under the hide cut around anus and pull through under pelvic bone.

Cool carcass as quickly as possible; rinse out carcass with cold clean water.

DO NOT SKIN ANIMAL.
