The meat is cooked to perfection and literally just falls off the bones. Our roaster grills allow us to serve from almost anywhere. We also offer fantastic salads and sides that are prepared and served fresh.

CATERING POLICIES
A minimum of 30 guests is required for all catering packages. A final headcount is required three days prior to the event.
All catered events are finalized with a confirmation agreement which accurately lists the details related to your event. We are flexible and happy to assist in making your event memorable. Please let us know if you have any special requests. A 25% deposit is required along with the signed confirmation agreement. Should you choose to cancel our services with a six days notice, a full refund will be given.
Prices do not include 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax. Delivery and setup is free if under 30 miles from our facility; over 30 miles please ask for quote.
