QUALITY ANIMAL SELECTION
We only process meat from a select group of Wisconsin family farms who care about their livestock and their community. We are proud to provide meat from animals raised in humane conditions and fed high quality feeds. No hormones, growth promoting implants, additives or chemicals are used.
We dry age our beef. This process naturally improves tenderness, flavor, and palatability. Our pork is processed within two days of slaughtering to ensure the freshest pork available with no water or chemicals added.

We take detailed instructions with each meat order, so you get what you want with the quantity that fits your family’s needs. All of our meat is vacuum sealed to remove oxygen, which is the leading cause of freezer burn. Freezer paper does not stop oxygen from getting to your meat, instead it shortens storage life and hides the quality of the meat.
